2. Service Description

SmartLittleBoxes provides a visual inventory management platform accessible via web application, REST API, CLI, and MCP server for AI agents.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service

4. API and Agent Access

When using the REST API or MCP server:

• You may not use the API to scrape or bulk-export data for commercial resale
• You are responsible for the actions taken by AI agents you connect to your account
• We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend API access for abuse

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all inventory data, photos, and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

6. Prohibited Use

• Using the service for illegal purposes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Uploading malicious content or attempting to inject code
• Circumventing rate limits or security controls

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service, and will endeavour to notify users in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

SmartLittleBoxes is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or losses arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
